Are there any exercises to build a more powerful right arm/shoulder trust??

The right tricep is what powers Acc. 1 - the right arm thrust. It's what straightens your right arm. So theoretically, the stronger your right tricep the quicker you could straighten and unload your right arm.

Now, it is correct to say that the lower body provides no power to the golf swing? All this stuff about spinning your hips, driving legs, etc. is a bunch of nonsense? Because NONE of the accumulators in TGM are located in the lower body. None.

I would assume this is why people can hit balls on their knees and in chairs and not lose a ton of distance. Obviously they lose distance because the accumulators aren't maxed out like when you're standing up - but you always hear people saying how they can hit it far sitting in a chair. It automatically removes any support for the idea that your legs provide power.

It is true that the Lower Body is neither a Power Source (theAccumulators 6-B-0/1/2/3/4) nor a Power Application (the Pressure Points7-11). Instead, as part of the Pivot, it serves as Power PackageTransport (7-12). Accordingly, the Pivot and its Lag play an extremelyimportant part in generating Clubhead Speed.

For the Swinger, the Pivot is the massive Rotor that creates thecircular motion necessary for Centrifugal Force (7-12), and at the StartDown, it 'Blasts' his orbiting Left Arm off the chest toward Impact (2-M-4).For the Hitter, it Transports the Power Package to the Top and then serves asthe 'Launching Pad' for his Driving Right Arm (2-M-4).

So, while Power is Applied through the Pressure Points (10-11-0/1/2/3/4)and Accumulated (6-B-0), Loaded (6-C-0), Stored (6-D-0) and Released (6-M-0)by the Accumulators, it is Delivered (6-E-0) by the Pivot.

And very often quite swiftly, at that!
